The Delivery Assurance Specialist will be the primary point of contact for all issues related to delivery of product, and is the focal point person responsible for supplier interface. The specialist will work closely with the procurement team to ensure alignment at the supplier and commodity level. The Delivery Assurance team is responsible for all relevant metrics and closure of all potential risks to delivery, being accountable for third-party logistics, promise dating, shipping & receiving monitoring, and level 2 escalated expediting. Also responsible for processing conditional-advanced disposition (CAD), supplier requests for information (SRI), tracking work-in-process inventory, managing schedule changes, and processing expedited purchase orders.
Experience/Qualifications Strong knowledge of, and experience with procurement concepts.
Previous experience with SAP and/or MRP driven systems preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills with the ability to compose correspondence.
Self-directed with an attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize issues towards a singular goal.
Good Microsoft Office computer skills.
Education Associate's degree with 2 years' experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant field (Supply Chain, Logistics) preferred.
At least 2 years minimum of purchasing experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
