Apply hereor email a resume to: mary:We are seeking aProduction Manager to work for one of the leading food manufacturing companies in the world. The Production Manager is responsible for producing and delivering product according to customer specifications.
Responsibilities: Manage and/or supervise daily recipe adjustment, blending, and storage and preparation Ensureproduct production needs meet the budget in terms of quantity, yield, energy consumption, overall cost, customer requirements and legal requirements. Guarantee minimum stock of product in specifications for each customer or customer group Manage and/or supervise production schedules and customer specifications planning Assess training and development needs for all direct and indirect reports Execute on an established training plan. Actively participate in/follows up on engagement improvement plans. Reviews the performance of all reports every 6 months. Champion, support and role model (food) safety programs and practices throughout operations Be an active participant in the plants continuous improvement plan (energy consumption, yield, volume, cost, engagement, etc.)
Qualifications: Bacheloror Associate's degreein Engineering, Bio-Chemical Engineering, Agronomical, Agricultural Sciences, Engineering, or equivalent related field 5
years experience in food related industry required People management qualifications/experience Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills Demonstrated communication skills (verbal and written) Demonstrated organization/prioritization skills Demonstrated ability to deliver results with the appropriate behaviors (e.g. safety) Demonstrated ability to generate innovative/creative ideas and move them into implementation This role requires strong competencies in the areas of leadership, communication, teamwork, interpersonal effectiveness, initiative and process disciplineEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
