A Human Resources Administrator is needed for a Contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Jamestown, ND.
The Big Picture - Top Skills Should You Possess:
- The person in this position serves as the first point of contact for employees upon entering the HR office.
- The HR temp helps the HR Generalists/Manager in a variety of administrative tasks as well as with special projects.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Set and coordinate pre-employment screening with potential hires.
- Complete check requests
- Must adhere to all EH & S regulations and policies as well as attend required training courses related to EH&S
- Greet and assist guests in person and on the telephone.
- Update the Driver Measure Board Charts.
- Assist with New Hire Orientation preparation/paperwork.
- Coordinate and assist with employee events
- Mail pick up and distribution.
- Badging assistance as needed.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Good communication skills
- Strong computer and math skills required
- This position is a six (6) month contract, paying between $13-$16 per hour.
